I am a dynamic technology leader with over 10 years of experience across software engineering and operations, building and operating production systems in fintech and client-facing products. I am comfortable moving between backend APIs, modern web frontends, and self-hosted infrastructure with a reliability-first mindset.
I aim to stay up to date with the latest technological advancements, learning through hands-on experimentation, newsletters, and recent technical articles. As one moves up the career ladder, programming often takes a back seat. However, I personally want to remain actively involved in coding. Regardless of my experience as a manager, I want to continue honing my development skills throughout my career.
As a leader, I strive to be an inspiration to others, encouraging them to keep growing and advancing in their own careers. I believe in leading by example, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. At the same time, I remain completely open to learning from those around me.
After seeing real internal AI adoption and opportunities at Play Business, I shifted focus toward building AI-enabled products, leveraging my full-stack and infrastructure background to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Managing full self-hosted infrastructure stack without managed cloud providers, ensuring 99%+ availability via orchestrated Docker containers, automated backups (Databasus), and comprehensive monitoring (Uptime Kuma, Dozzle). Tech stack includes Python/FastAPI, Next.js, and Express.

March 2019 – Presentprogressed from Full-Stack Developer to CTO & COO, leading the technology and operations of a regulated fintech. Directed a major platform modernization (Rails 5.2 to 6, Ruby 2.5 to 3), implemented Shape Up methodology, and oversaw core systems using PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq. Currently supporting as an external infrastructure consultant.
